Service Description

We provide individual financial coaching services focused on capital management, investment strategies, and wealth building education for a fee of R5,250 per course.

User Responsibilities

• Implement strategies at your own risk and discretion

You may not use our services to:

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our services remain the exclusive property of Sylzistudio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our coaching services include:

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of service commencement, subject to completion of less than 25% of the course material.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any investment losses or financial decisions made based on our coaching.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sylzistudio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
